Return & Refund Policy
30-day returns
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind items must be unused, in original condition and original packaging. Contact us first with your order number and reason to obtain authorization. Authorized returns go to our company address in France. You pay return shipping for a change of mind; we pay when an item is damaged, defective, incorrect or affected by our error. No restocking fee applies. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 calendar days.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue. Opening packaging to discover a defect, damage or incorrect item does not by itself exclude your request. We cover return shipping for these issues.

Refunds
Once approved, a refund is returned to your original payment method within 10 calendar days. We do not charge a restocking fee.
