Products and prices
Prices are shown in USD. Consult each product page for included items, material, size and color. Images show the selected product design; screen settings may affect perceived color. No tax is added at checkout; this does not mean that products are legally tax-exempt.
Payment authorization and orders
When submitting a payment through an available payment service, you authorize the displayed total for the selected goods and delivery. A payment authorization or a checkout submission alone does not establish that an order has been accepted. Any acceptance confirmation must relate to the actual order and payment status. Shipping
Delivery is subject to the destinations, handling times and transit estimates in our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery times are not guarantees.
Returns and refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind items must be unused, in original condition and original packaging. Contact us first with your order number and reason to obtain authorization. Authorized returns go to our company address in France. You pay return shipping for a change of mind; we pay when an item is damaged, defective, incorrect or affected by our error. No restocking fee applies. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 calendar days.
Use and care
Use grooming scissors carefully around the eyes. Keep blades closed and covered when not in use and keep sharp tools away from children. Follow the product-specific care instructions.
